Pixel Soccer Online
Effective date: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Soccer Online collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you play our game, use online features, or interact with our services.
What We Collect
We collect account, gameplay, device, and connection data needed to run the game, save progress, support online matches, and improve stability.
Why We Use It
We use data for login, team progress, match rewards, matchmaking, leaderboards, clubs, support, security, and abuse prevention.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the game, we may collect the following information:
- Account information such as username, user ID, optional email address, encrypted password hash, sign-in provider identifier, team name, team flag, trophies, coins, diamonds, skills, cards, gamepass progress, and match history.
- Gameplay information such as match results, rewards, club activity, missions, selected team, equipped skills, and progression data.
- Online match data such as matchmaking status, connection status, in-match inputs, latency-related connection information, disconnect and reconnect events, and server-side match state.
- Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash or error details, and network request metadata needed to keep the game working.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your game account and team.
- Save your progress, cards, coins, diamonds, trophies, missions, gamepass rewards, and club membership.
- Provide online matchmaking, real-time matches, disconnect handling, and match rewards.
- Operate admin-managed game content such as news popups, gamepass rewards, market items, and events.
- Improve gameplay balance, performance, server stability, and user experience.
- Detect cheating, abuse, technical problems, and unauthorized activity.
3. Online Multiplayer
Pixel Soccer Online uses an online headless game server to run real-time matches. During online matches, the server processes match state, player inputs, ball movement, score, disconnects, and reconnect windows. This data is used only to operate the match and maintain fair gameplay.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
The game may include virtual currency, rewards, skills, cards, and gamepass features. We store virtual item ownership and progression on our servers so your account can be restored and rewards can be claimed correctly.
If real-money purchases are enabled through Google Play or Apple's App Store, payment processing is handled by the platform store. We receive a signed transaction identifier to verify delivery, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Third-Party Services
The game may use third-party platforms and services, including:
- Google Play services for sign-in, app distribution, testing, integrity, purchases, or platform features.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for app distribution, testing, purchases, and transaction verification.
- Hosting providers for API, database, and online match server infrastructure.
- Analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostic tools if enabled in future versions.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect game data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected and used only for legitimate game purposes.
7. Data Retention
We keep account and gameplay data for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain progression, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and operate our services. Some temporary technical data may be deleted sooner.
8. Children
Pixel Soccer Online is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that violates applicable laws. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, please contact us.
9. Your Choices
You can permanently delete your account and associated gameplay data in the game under Settings > Account. If you cannot access the game, use our account deletion page to submit a request. You may also contact us for correction or privacy questions. Limited records may be retained only where required for security, legal, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution reasons.
